  i hope tha I have just been very unlucky because my contact with the company - albeit to ask where my order was (3 occasions)- appeared to be professional and would back up the positive reviews. My experience. Order 1, I waited over 9 working days, many expensive phone calls, to eventually be told the parcel had been lost by Hermes. Elixir resent the order with another delivery company - offering next day delivery. They also lost the package. I cancelled the order. After a week or so calming down, I thought I'd give them another chance. this is now day 6 of a 3-5 day delivery promise. The tracking number is not even recognised by the Hermes web site. I'm not holding my breath. I may just be unlucky but I've ordered this product on 3 separate deliveries, over 1 month ago....... and still waiting.

  Ordered from this company via Amazon but never received my goods. Tried telephoning them on numerous occasions but all I could get was 'sorry all lines are engaged' neveragain'
