  most unhelpful staff , do not know what oil to put in a brand new vehicle when sold with low oil in it . needed a door hinge as broken in under 12 months , not for helping just said go to the preston dealer bought 2 new vans at £20k each and this is the service you get . last nissans we buy !

  Very happy with the service provided while choosing a new car. Recently visited the Lancaster/Morecambe showroom and was approached by a salesperson named Alice who noted what my requirements were and very professionally talked my wife and I through different options available. Alice was very friendly, knowledgable and very patient with us as we kept changing our minds as to what we really wanted. Car sale agreed, now just waiting for delivery.
